Slow Roll Buffalo

Overview

Founded in Detroit, Slow Roll connects communities across borders through free, guided bike rides for all ages, skill levels, and neighborhoods. GObike provided fiscal management for Slow Roll Buffalo from 2014 to 2019.

All rides are free and open to all

Slow Roll Buffalo is a community bike ride organized locally by the non-profit volunteers at Wheel B. Herd. Slow Roll Buffalo began in 2014 as a free and inclusive way to bring people from all walks of life together to reconnect our community. Slow Roll Buffalo is now the largest offshoot in the global Slow Roll network. Each week, Slow Roll Buffalo meets at different venues and takes a unique 10-mile route around the city, stopping twice to regroup and meet neighborhood stakeholders. Slow Roll Buffalo concludes each week with an afterparty including food, drinks, music, and fellowship.
