Community Workshop Hosts Annual Kids' Bike Build-A-Thon

For the fifth year, GObike Buffalo's community workshop hosted a bike build-a-thon, completing 55 kids' bikes in 12 hours.

Last week, GObike Buffalo staff and volunteers built kids' bikes to donate to the WNY Holiday Partnership, an organization serving Erie and Niagara County families. Five participants from the Great Winter Get Out also stopped by to help build bikes and donate toys for the initiative.

The WNY Holiday Partnership provides toys and gifts to low-income households during the holiday season. The program is administered through 211 WNY, a program of Olmsted Center for Sight.
