Bicycle Benefits is a national progressive bicycling program designed to reward individuals and businesses for their commitment to cleaner air, personal health, and the use of pedaling energy in order to create a more sustainable community. The program decreases parking demand, increases helmet use, and improves cyclists’ safety and health by putting more people on bikes.
GObike Buffalo has incorporated Bicycle Benefits into our membership packages and are recruiting local businesses into the program. Throughout May 2011, we featured “30 businesses in 30 days” – highlighting a different local business participating in the Bicycle Benefits program on Buffalo Rising with information and a short video.

To use Bicycle Benefits:
1. Buy a sticker. Stickers are FREE with membership or buy them from any participating business for $5.
2. Put the sticker on your helmet.
3. Ride your bike to a participating business–wearing your helmet–and GET GREAT DISCOUNTS!
